FavorPrep™ 50X TAE Buffer (1 L)

FavorPrep™ 50X TAE Buffer is a high-quality, concentrated Tris-Acetate-EDTA (TAE) electrophoresis buffer designed for routine separation and analysis of DNA and RNA. It is suitable for use in both for gel preparation and as a running buffer, providing a stable pH and ionic strength during electrophoresis. FavorPrep™ 50X TAE Buffer is particularly well suited for the separation of large DNA fragments and genomic DNA. The 50X concentrated format allows convenient dilution to 1X working solution, reducing storage space and preparation time while ensuring consistent experimental performance.
